Free & Easy Returns

Your satisfaction is our TOP priority. That’s why we offer free returns on products purchased from Lookbyvalentina.com to all US / domestic customers for 30 days and easy returns 

We will gladly accept returns of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from Lookbyvalentina.com for a full refund within 30 days or in-store credit, less return shipping

Return Process

If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, with a product you purchased from https://lookbyvalentina.com/ you may initiate a return by submitting a return request.

  1. To initiate your return request please click Start a Return
  2. Upon submitting your return request you will be provided a return shipping label. If your request was made with 30 days of the original purchase date, your return shipping is complimentary. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your in-store credit balance once the return is processed. You will have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the return label (via email) to send your items back.
  3. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
  4. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  5. Take the package to your nearest drop off location.
  6. A refund will be issued upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. Please allow 5-7 business days upon receipt of your return for refund or credit to be processed.
  7. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Refunds

All refunds, without exception, will be credited to the original form of payment or in-store credit. All domestic gift returns receive store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days upon receipt of your return for refund or credit to be processed.

International Customers

International customers wishing to make returns can email Customer Service, Contact@lookbyvalentina.com, for our International Return Policies and shipping costs.

Changes and Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 917-375-3265as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

* If you cancel an item that qualifies  you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

** Once the initial non-refundable payment is processed for a private label purchase, the cancellation will result in the customer's forfeit of those funds and the release of Lookbyvalentina.comLLC.'s obligation to deliver the product.

Delivery Related
Incorrect Shipping Information

If packages are returned to Look by valentina LLC. Due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Lookbyvalentina LLC. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Look by Valentina  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Look by Valentina LLC. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

There are no returns for merchandise purchased through our Wholesale site. However, we will gladly accept exchanges of new, unused, unaltered, and unwashed merchandise in salable
